What technology and security measures does iQX1 have in place?
iQX1 is developed using secure Microsoft .NET and Angular frameworks and is hosted on Microsoft Azure (SEA region).

Can iQX1 be customised to meet unique business requirements?
iQX1 comes with a comprehensive, enterprise-grade feature set designed around best practices, with extensive configuration options to support different organisational policies.
For organisations with highly specific or unique requirements, custom development is available under the Enterprise package, allowing iQX1 to be tailored to meet specialised operational or business needs. -
How long does it typically take to set up iQX1 and start using the system?

How does the pricing structure work?
iQX1 is available in Essential, Professional, and Enterprise packages. Organisations may choose between monthly advance billing or annual billing, with annual subscriptions enjoying a 20% discount. Users charged are based on the number of active (non-resigned) employees in the system, regardless of whether all or only selected modules are used. This ensures pricing remains simple, transparent, and scalable as your organisation grows.

How do we make payment when subscribing to iQX1?
iQX1 subscriptions are made through the Microsoft Marketplace. Customers can select their preferred package and complete payment using the payment options available directly on the Microsoft Marketplace platform.

What currency is iQX1 charged in?
iQX1 is charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The iQX1 team operates primarily from Singapore, and all billing is issued in SGD.

How is pricing determined for the Enterprise package?
The iQX1 Enterprise package is priced based on the organisation’s specific requirements. Due to the nature of enterprise implementations, pricing is customised to reflect factors such as scale, configuration, and any specialised needs. Organisations interested in the Enterprise package are encouraged to contact the iQX1 team, who will work closely with you to understand your requirements and guide you through the process.

What happens if our headcount increases during an annual subscription?
For customers on an annual subscription, iQX1 reserves the right to adjust charges based on the latest active headcount. If headcount increases during the subscription period, additional charges will be applied pro-rated for the remaining months of the annual term. For example, if an organisation subscribes to an annual plan for 50 employees from January to December, and headcount increases to 60 employees in June, iQX1 will issue an additional charge for the 10 additional employees from June to December.
