IQ Dynamics was established in 1994 with the vision of bringing enterprise-grade software solutions to assist organisations in developing the full potential of their employees. In 2003, we launched HRiQ™ Human Capital Management Solution, a comprehensive and flexible Human Resource solution aimed to address the everyday pain points of HR professionals, helping to reduce their time spent on mundane tasks and allowing them to focus on what matters the most. Now in 2026, we launch iQX1, the next-generation Human Resource Management System designed to be a secure, intuitive, and scalable solution that adapts to businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to large enterprises.
